UPDATE 06/23/10:
In regards to "NO CAR POWER ADAPTER CHARGER INCLUDED WITH THIS PRODUCT" listed below. I figured that I would call Axion and see if they could help. I left a message, not expecting a call back. Boy what service! They called back promptly, and indicated that if I provided an Amazon receipt for the TV by email, along with my shipping address, they would send the charger. I provided the info the same day and they acknowledged the receipt and would send out the charger. Great service!!! I'm updating the rating from a 3 to a 5. Thanks Axion!
Review:
Great price, picture, and stereo sound (speakers in front). Super compact light remote. Love the back kickstand for desktop use. Excellent reception. External antenna with an extra long cable has a magnet base that mounts on top of your car roof, or any metal surface. Pop up antenna and external antenna both plug into the TV with a standard input. You can also plug you cable or satellite dish into the same input. Automatic or manual station setup. You won't be sorry buying this one.

The Product Description clearly states " The AXN-8705 includes an AC power adapter as well as a car adapter so you will be able to have unlimited use on a long road trip." No Dice.
I called Amazon and they said they would have to send a whole new product, not just the missing charger. I received the next box and the "car adapter", was also missing from the box. I looked at the enclosed manual for both boxes and the "Car Adapter" is not listed. Now I have to send the replacement back by postal mail and then ask for a refund for postage from Amazon. They are going to credit my account now for the missing "car adapter" for $[...].
I had to search Amazon to find a "car adapter". The link is provided below is where you can buy. It's another vendor listed on Amazon.

I love this little TV. I bought it to have for power outages (we have frequent outages due to hurricanes and an antiquated power grid). I also plan to use it in the bathroom while taking bubble baths (away from the water, of course).
The picture quality compares to my large screen Vizio and the sound is OK.
This little TV seems to be irresistable, both of my neighbors ordered one as soon as they saw mine.
This is a great deal, the cheapest portable TV in the local Walmart is $99 plus 7% tax and it isn't nearly as nice and doesn't include all the extras.
I'm using the attached telescoping antenna and have no need for the included external antenna. The reception is great, I get all the same channels that I get on my larger TV's.
The lithium polymer battery is another BIG plus. The li-poly batteries are relatively inexpensive and I can easily afford to have a few extras in preparation for outages.
I highly recommend this portable TV. Thanks Amazon for such a great product at an amazing price.
I absolutely love this little TV. I don't watch a lot of TV so it's perfect for me. Gets really great reception in my area, can take it from room to room. I usually plug it in to watch it. Use it on battery only if I'm going to watch for 2 hours or less. I've had it for about 3 weeks now and works really great. Remote control is a little flimsy but guess you can't have everything for this price. Instruction booklet a little confusing but really didn't need it as I turned it on after initial charging of 3 hours and then was prompted by menu for set-up. So far I think it is really great.
I ordered this TV, in late Aug, to use primarily during power failures. There was some discussion on the Amazon Web page about whether or not a car adapter was included. The picture on the webpage showed a car adapter but the TV did not come with one, nor was there one listed on the OEM box. I e-mailed the manufacturer who responded promptly stating that the TV did not come with one and they would be glad to sell me one for $8 plus shipping. Very misleading adv and very disappointing. The webpage still shows the adapter.
I've only tested the TV a few times. The picture is sharp, color good, but the maximum volume is a little lower than I would like. The audio is clear, however, and at least, in the Baltimore area, it picks up an amazing number of stations.
I find the remote awkard to use because of its very small size. Initially, because of my difficulty in using it, I thought the remote was defective.
