Gluten Free Cereal - gluten free cereal, cereals

So, you're gluten free and you can't eat oats, and maybe there's a corn allergy and or incipient diabetes and all the gluten-free rice cereals have huge amounts of sugar, and what the heck can you eat for breakfast?

This.

It's truly gluten-free, has no sugar, it's not gross, and it's cheap.

Also, being a non-oat eating celiac without incipient diabetes I was looking for a base for homemade honey peanutbutter breakfast bars because gluten free things like Lara Bars cost $1.50 each. I think I may have found the missing ingredient. Very cool.

This Crispy Rice cereal is good but not quite like Rice Crispies. I bought them to make rice crispy treats and they kind of smooched together and weren't crispy. But if you aren't going to use them for that they are great!

I was eating Erewhon Crispy Brown Rice Cereal, Gluten Free for a long time, using it in my granola and also my go-to dish when I'm starving (this is often the case when you are gluten free) which is warming some almond or peanut butter in the microwave and stirring in the cereal. The Nature's Path is much better and doesn't get soggy like Erewhon.

Nature's Path Organic Crispy Rice Cereal is a product that is VERY nutritious----it is made with BROWN RICE which is much more nutritious than white rice and is gluten free It has a crunchy texture, and kids are sure to like it. Using honey or agava nectar for a sweetener in place of granulated sugar makes it even more nutritious. Nature's Path Organic Crispy Rice Cereal, 10-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6)

My 4 year old son who has celiac likes them a lot. Not as much as another brand that tastes like chocolate though, who can blame him. I like that they do not contain too much sugar, but wish they stayed crispier longer and a few added vitamins would be nice. Not complaining though, since this is a SAFE GLUTEN-FREE cereal. :) - Gluten Free Cereal - Cereals - Wheat Free - Celiac - Cereal - Better Than Sex

Gluten Free - dairy-free, erewhon

My name is Annelies and I work for attune foods, the manufacturer of Erewhon Cocoa Crispy Brown Rice cereal. Our Erewhon certified gluten free cereals are made in a peanut-free, tree-nut free and dairy-free facility. They are run on a shared line with gluten and we abide by good manufacturing practices to help ensure against cross-contamination. This consists of the machinery being sanitized and thoroughly washed down before the cereal is made. Then after it is made, the cereal is tested to ensure it is less than 20 ppm of gluten. We sent the cereal to a separate facility last fall to double check the levels at which it tested and found it to be less than 5ppm of gluten. In November of 2010, our Erewhon gluten free cereals were certified gluten free by GIG. I hope this helps clarify our current practices as I realize there are reviews dating back many years on amazon.com and thought it would be helpful to update interested consumers of it on amazon.com.

Having a daughter with Dairy allergies, I am always looking for tasty products that are dairy-free. I was set up on this as a subscription, but my family ate it so fast that I needed more... fast. But, everyone must love it as much as we do because now they're out of stock. BTW: We eat it with vanilla almond milk. It provides a little more sweetness and the tastes really work together.

I highly recommend it - just don't buy it until I've had my next shipment:)!!!

We can't find this at the store so we get this on Amazon for my 7 year old who has Celiac Disease. A lot of gluten free products have bad textures and weird after tastes. This does not!! This is DELICIOUS!! Not only does my celiac love it, my 4 year old son loves it too!

Since going GF for celiac, I've tried a number of products that have been good and bad. This one is definately HORRIBLE! The cocoa crispies are not even sweet. They have a horrible aftertaste and don't even taste like chocolate. I threw the bowl out after taking a couple of bites. It was that bad. - Dairy-free - Erewhon - Gluten Free - Gluten Free Cereal

Wheat Free - celiac, cereal

Let your taste buds explode. If you think this cereal has no flavor, your taste buds have been destroyed from _______. This cereal is manufactured from Attune foods. ALL ingredients are grown/produced in the USA. There are no bait and switch,"natural flavors","spices" or refined sugars. Minimally processed,it doesn't get any better for you then this. Nor does it sacrifice ANY great taste. This cereal is a bench mark other cereals should set bar to. Subscribe and save make it more affordable. Until more people understand that it takes more sales to drive the costs down, great truly natural products will be more expensive. Hats off to Attune foods for not sacrificing quality for the almighty dollar.

As one reviewer mentioned,it does turn mushy rather quick. But would you rather have some lab produced creatively named ingredient to firm them up for you so you can enjoy a bowl of cereal for a half hour or more,or know exactly what your eating is actually good for you?

This cereal doesn't have much flavor (it's not the worst I've had), but what killed it for me is it turns into mush quickly. I love how most gluten free cereals stay crispy, but not this one. I much prefer their regular puffed rice cereal. - Celiac - Cereal - Gluten Free Cereal - Wheat Free
