Kitchen Aid Blender - blender, kitchen aid blender

Read multiple reviews, and we decided to purchase the two pack. Product came in a very reasonable time. My wife installed the unit by first removing the old coupler with a screw driver, and it went pretty well until she slipped and stuck the screwdriver into her hand (please note that this did not surprise me, and she will love it that I posted this). Five minutes later and one bandaid, the old coupler was off, and the new coupler was installed. I would recommend this product, its better than buying a new blender.

This little kit is great. It saved me from spending a lot to have it repaired professionally. The part is easy to remove and replace (just google kitchenaid blender repair or search you tube) and now my blender is good as new.

What more can I say, I love my Kitchenaid blender. The black fittings lost all but one tooth in a fit to make the perfect strawberry margarita. Luckily, one tooth was all that was needed to finish the icy wonder drink.

These new gears arrived fast. With the help from a kitchen rag and the flat removal wrench, the repair took less than 3 minutes. Perfecto good as new.

Wonderful product. Don't throw away your blender when the teeth get old and fall off. This is a great way to keep your blender blending.

I was so happy to find this repair kit when my blender needed a new coupling. My husband and I both worked on this repair and looked online to find help. It was a bit of a time consuming repair but it was well worth it to restore new life into my beloved blender for such a great price. I would definitely recommend this kit along with some patience. - Blender - Kitchen Aid Blender - Kitchenaid - Repair Kit - Replacement - Replacement Parts

Kitchen Aid Glass Blender Jar - kitchenaid blender jar, kitchenaid blender

This is only the jar. You also have to buy the blade, blade gasket (sealing gasket), base/collar and lid.

Also, it does NOT work with the blender model #KSB560!!! I didn't learn this until I'd already had it delivered by Amazon and went to the Kitchenaid website to figure out what parts I was missing. Check their website out before buying anything!!!

This is an authentic KitchenAid replacement jar for their blenders. It's the very thick glass like the original, a nice big handle, and is made to last (just don't drop it on the driveway like I did while packing up for a football tailgate!). BUT, notice it's only a 40oz jar and NOT the direct replacement for a 56oz Standard size jar!! When it arrived it was noticeable different..a stubby version of the original jar. All the rest fits the same...gasket, blending blades, and the bottom screws on perfectly. My problem is I use it mostly for frozen drinks and the missing 16ozs is an issue.

I have to ask though, WHY would they even make a smaller jar in the first place? My fault for not noticing the size, I ASSUMED they were all the same...and we all know about 'ASSuming'...LOL.

I took off one star for that reason only, other than the size, it's spot on.

UPDATE: I just got off the phone with KitchenAid and it seems they no longer offer the 56oz GLASS replacement jar any more...only plastic now.

had to return because does not have lid or bottom. If you only needed the glass portion I'm sure it is fine. BUT THAT IS NOT WHAT IS PICTURED. This the first time I have ever had to return something from Amazon.

This is just the glass blender jar. It was exactly what I was looking for, no accessories or lid. The glass was the same size as the one I was looking to replace. I would recommend, just know it's ONLY the glass jar.

Originally bought with SS jar....quickly decided it need to be glass....tried getting this but was back ordered for 8 months....tried again 4 months later and had it in 2 weeks....much better seeing when things are at the proper stage rather than liquifying everything - Kitchenaid Blender Jar - Kitchenaid Blender - Replacement - Blender - Kitchen Aid Blender - Kitchenaid

Kitchenaid Blender - blender, replacement

After reading the reviews I wondered about the part. Some said thAt it would fit and others said it doesn't. Perhaps it will fit other models but it certainly does fit the Kitchen Aid KSB5. It is much smaller and there are only 2 cogs instead of the original 6. I am happy that I purchased this with an Amazon.com Credit Card. They helped me get a refund with no problem. I did have to pay for the shipping the part to them and also the shipping of the part to me. That came out to almost $5.00. At least I got a little over $12.00 back. On their reciept it states that there if there is "free" shipping there will be a $10.00 handling charge plus the price of the shipping charge to send the item to you. Thank goodness this was not the case or I would have been a very unhappy camper. IF YOU HAVE A KITCHEN AID KSB5 BLENDER DO NOT BUY THIS PART......IT WILL NOT FIT!

this cutter blade assembly does NOT fit the Kitchen-Aid model KSB5, this assembly is a Very CHEAP replacement part that is SMALLER, does NOT center its self on the blender which makes it VERY dangerous, and only has TWO cogs that fit into the blender driver (original part had SIX), DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS CHEAP & DANGEROUS REPLACEMENT PART !!!!

I did read the negative reviews by Dwight and Timothy but my blender only had a one 'bar' tang to begin with so I took a chance on ordering it. My model was a KSB3WH4. It fit perfectly and works great. Considering I can't get this part anywhere else, this was a great deal. For those that had problems there may be enough change between models to have caused their heartache, unfortunately.

This is the third cutter blade and gasket assembly we have purchased for our KitchenAid blender. The other two failed because the blade assembly became very stiff to the point of being unable to turn it by hand after cleaning. The new one we bought has sharp edges on the blades which should make it more efficient for the blending tasks we use it for, mostly making malts, smoothies and bread/cracker crumbs. The others have lasted a couple of years each. We'll see how long this one makes it.

Although this is the first time ever ordering this product, the advertised item was just as expected. With parts like this, the description needs to be specific enough. I was able to find a part number somewhere, but the part numbers change or are superceded over the years. I went with a part that was described with a picture, and I was able to select it with confidence. Prices vary quite a bit for items like this. Luckily, I was able to find a low price through the Amazon system. - Blender - Replacement - Coupling - Junk - Kitchen Aid - Kitchen Aid Blender
