Click here for more information I bought this armband for the iPod Nano 3G for my boyfriend. Apple and other stores don't carry accesories for this size Nano any more, so I was very happy I found it on Amazon. Works well and fit a man's arm nicely. I have very small upper arms, so it might be a little large for a petite woman, but my boyfriend uses it to run and listen to his iPod. Armband for Apple iPod Nano 3rd Generation 4GB, 8GB, 16GB
I've been looking for an armband for my iPod nano for a while and this one is fantastic!! It fits the iPod nano 3G like a glove. I do lots of cardio on the elliptical and treadmill - this armband stays snugly in place without slipping. Easy access to the click wheel - you do have to push the clear plastic a little bit to get the volume control to respond, but it's not super difficult. I highly recommend this product!
I bought this armband about 6 months ago probably for running. I have used it probably about 2 weeks when the plastic covering the face started to peel from the glue they used. I stoped using it for a while then I recently started using it at the gym. I noticed that the "breather holes" in the armband itself started to get bigger and bigger near the ipod. The armband is now about to fall apart, I am now looking for a new holder. I would suggest spending the extra $10-$15 to get a better and longer lasting one.
This armband worked for me because it was very inexpensive. It lasted for less than a year with normal wear (more than 3 times/week) for about 6 months. The band came updone and did not stick together any more. It also became stretched out. It would slide when it got sweaty.
It gets the job done for simple usage, but if you're looking for something to train for a race (more than a few miles) you will need something better. I recently used a Belkin armband for my Ipod Nano 3G and it was much better! I plan on buying one of them soon.
It does its job spectacularly, for about a month. I got three of them, assuming I'd probably ruin one at the gym or something.
The Velcro strap inevitably tears off.
It's really cheap, so I didn't really care, but man, these things are not well-made.
It'd be worth paying for something more expensive and knowing it'll last.
It's good for what it was meant for. The only problem with it is that it's hard to access the lock button when the strap that holds the ipod in is latched, and it is a snug fit. Otherwise it is a great product especially if you are going to be working out with your Ipod. The strap is very adjustable from really small to really large.
Works great with my 3rd generation ipod nano. Just as described. Great for running or lifting weights, has enough elasticity to allow optimal stretch for exercising without sliding down your arm. Keeps ipod firmly in case. Good buy.
As soon as I took it out of the package and undid the velcro to try it on, the velcro "dot" came off the arm band. I have had it a week and 2 of the dots have come off. I can't wear it anymore because the velcro came off for my arm size. Should have spent a little more money for better quality. I guess you get what you pay for. - Ipod Nano Armband - Ipod Accessories - Ipod Armband - Ipod
