I bought this product without even thinking about it. You might think, well, what kind of idiot expects to be able to put a case inside another case? Well, mine is a hard case (not skin), so it's a hassle to take off, so It would save some time if the option was there. With sweaty hands, taking out a vulnerable product can be problematic. Considering this armband was $0.99 with a few dollars for shipping it was well worth it. It arrived quickly, well before its scheduled delivery.
I did read the other reviews about the band being small-it is. Lucky for me, I am a girl with small arms. This product is not made for anyone with big arms. On the positive side, my 3rd gen ipod touch fits snugly into this armband case, there is definitely no room if you have any sort of case protecting your touch, you'll have to take it out of the case to fit it in the armband. Once you get it into the armband, it feels very secure, the band velcro also seems sturdy. Have had it for a few weeks now, will see how it holds up in the long run. For $4 in total, its definitely worth a try before spending $30 on an expensive one.
This product cost about $4 with shipping, so the price was good. The first few weeks I really liked this product. The armband protected my iPod touch well, and stayed put on my arm while working out. Then in about the third week the case tore while I was in the gym. I have since been able to sew it back together, but the low level of durability kept this product from receiving 4 stars.

Not only is the price absolutely amazing (less than $5 with shipping), the product is high quality. I got it way before it was due to be here, this morning. So, this evening I took it with me to my workout. It was easy to get on, fits very well (if you are a guy with big arms, it won't, just as other people have mentioned), stayed on snug during weightlifting, walking, and jogging. It also looks really nice! I got several compliments.
I loved the holes for the headphones and that, no matter how the iPod is turned, you can put in your headphones. When I'm not listening to it, I wrap the headphones around the outside and they stay out of my way.
Also, the plastic screen that protects the iPod screen is pretty good. You can touch the iPod through it easily, for the most part. A couple times, I had to push a little harder but the protection it provides is well worth the annoyance of having to push harder every now and then.
My iPod Touch 3G fits very snug in this armband and there is absolutely no danger of it falling out or being exposed to sweat or the elements. Like others have mentioned, you can't have another skin or case on your iPod and still be able to put it in the case. But, that's no biggie.
So, all in all, this armband is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who worked out or just wanted an armband. In fact, I would even recommend it if it was significantly more expensive. I can honestly say I LOVE it!
This is a good quality and great price item, however the size was not intended for adults it seems. I tried wearing this outside of a sweatshirt and could barely Velcro the strap. Even on a bare arm it fits tightly with not much room to attach it. If you have small arms or if purchasing for a child this is great, otherwise, look elsewhere. Again, the price, time of shipping and quality are great - if it were not for the size this would have gotten 5 stars.

At first I had given this product a mediocre review. However, the company saw it and responded to me. They sent me a new one, stating that the original was defective. I had to do nothing but sit and wait for the new one to arrive. Indeed, it seems as if the first one was in fact defective. I am much happier with the product now, and even more happy with the customer service I received. Even though the product didnt cost much, the company still want to ensure that I was happy.
