Alien Abductions - massager, scalp massager

A girlfriend of mine had raved about this TING TING scalp massager, that her and her boyfriend bought, unfortunately she got the non-vibrating one. But I got this one today and it's amazing. I suffer from headaches and sinus pressure, and this feels so good, it relieves so much head/stress tension immediately. A few initial uses and you get chills, but now it's just absolutely relaxing and rejuvenating. And it's great fun for couples, offer to massager your honeys scalp, you'll be each other's best friend. It's great on pressure points and stiff joints as well as your back and shoulders and neck!!!

I just received this little copper massager and am very satisfied after trying it. It definitely relaxed me and gave a special good feeling when it gently massaged my head. I will order more as a small gift for my family and friends. Strongly recommended.

I first became aware of these massagers when a friend showed me hers. It felt amazing so I had to have one. Unfortunately, this particular one is not as good. The spokes are too far apart such that the middle of your head doesn't get massaged. The spokes on my friend's massager almost touched and therefore when you placed it on the top of your head and pressed down they spread out and massaged your whole head. You have to hold this one at an angle to get the middle of your head. I have not been able to find my friend's model online. She bought hers at a health food store.

Furthermore, the shipping on this product is almost as much as the product itself.

I experienced a similar but non-motorized massager at a friends house and wanted one for myself. This model for some reason didn't give me the same feet-tingling sensation that the other one did, but I did like the motorized aspect of it which does seem to help with my occasional headaches or tiredness.

This is a fantastic contraption that will have your eyelids heavy and your face expressionless...in a good way! The Ting Ting collapses flat for easy storage, is lightweight for home or travel, isn't terribly noisy, and feels wonderful. Within seconds of operation, you'll be relaxed and in a self induced coma! My only negative comment, dare I say on this exhilarating product, would be if the tingling arms aren't spaced correctly as they are free to sway back and forth to adjust to the shape our your head, they sometimes omit a buzzing or rattling sounds that's annoying. I might suggest cutting a 1 inch long tube spacer, purchased at most eyeglass stores for the glasses arm, and place it anywhere the copper Ting Ting arms tend to rub and make noise. You'll love this massager at first trying!

RECOMMENDED!

I got this as a Christmas gift from my husband, and I was initially very skeptical. I get frequent headaches, some of which are migraines, so I'm definitely willing to try some different things to get relief from the pains. Ting Ting worked wonders, giving me relief in a matter of seconds! With mild headaches, it gets rid of the ache quickly and keeps it away. I found with the strong migraines that it definitely decreases the pain to almost nothing while turned on; however, it didn't get rid of it entirely, and I found the migraine creeping back after a bit. The level of pain improves significantly, but, for me, it wasn't a cure-all. Don't throw out the migraine pills just yet, but I highly recommend this for people with or without headaches of any kind. It will be used over and over and over again in our home, for sure. Enjoy!

I just got this in the post today, and it was awesome! The only improvement I would make is to have the tips covered with a softer material and add more "fingers" in the center. It is great with or without the massage function on. It really does relax you once the chills go away.

I gave this a gift to a friend who was having hair loss from stressed scalp. She loved it and so did her two boys. Just make sure you only use it for less than 5 minutes - or you'll go from being relaxed to being overstimulated (like a caffine high). We have important glands on our head that controll our nervous system. In the right hands, I recommend it!

I bought this item because it was cheaper than the "original" scalp massager. It does a good job and i like that you can move the legs, although they aren't as smooth as they could be. The vibrating function is a plus as that helps the legs move along the head but the button is a little fussy and sometimes I have to press it several times to get the button to stay pushed. - Massager - Scalp Massager - Scalp Massagers - Alien Abductions

head massager - head massager, scalp massagers

I bought this for my husband for his birthday in December. It's OK. I should have done more research before buying. The prongs move around too much when using, and it should have some smaller prongs on the inside to massage the top of your head (the big prongs just basically massage the sides of your head). He still likes it - so we're keeping it. But, it could be better. I think we would use it more if it had the things I mentioned earlier.

I got one of these things at the mall once. It gives you a very strange sensation the first few times you use it. When you turn the vibration on and put it through your hair it tickles a bit and sends chills down you neck and shoulders to the rest of your body. Sadly after you use this a bit you get use to it and don't get the chill bumps like you do when you first start playing with it but it is still nice. It really massages your scalp and feels good. Its also a lot of fun to walk up to someone and put it on there head as they wriggle around and tense up as they are not use to it. After you use this model a good bit some of the arms get loose and you have to reposition them before you use it but other then than that I think it is worth the price and lots of fun.

I owned this messager for one month. I used it for ten minutes per day as per the instructions. Last night, I was using it, and all of the "legs" fell out of the body and into my hair. I can't get it back together. I'm hoping the seller will be able to send a new one to me. The product worked well while it was intact.

The 'legs' on the tool swivel out of place as soon as you slide it on your head, so you won't get an all-over massage. Also, they are very tight on my head and don't flex outward very well so even if I can get them in place, they pinch to the point of discomfort. I have one of the manual types of these head/scalp massagers that looks like it's made of copper, and the legs are much more delicate so they don't squeeze my head like this product does. If my kids hadn't already thrown away the packaging, I would have returned this product.

I ordered this for my girlfriend, who suffers from severe headaches. She is getting used to it, but, so far, she really likes it. It is a little on the cheap looking side, but, hell, it was not expensive. The legs do move a bit, as you try to use it, but, that is expected as well. Overall, as long as it helps her, I am all for it.

This is the BEST!! I have used one of these gizmos in years past, but without motor. It gets to your happy place within seconds. Best if someone else does the massaging, but still great if do-it-yourself. A massage therapist showed me one and I am hooked. Even the kitty loves it! You'll never regret the purchase.

This item is way overpriced for the piece of junk that it is. The prongs are straight and so an average man's head it will be very tight fitting going over the top, once on the head the prongs move and bunch together. When used on a child head the prongs don't hurt however they will not stay separated. It is very bulky and the prongs are very thick causing a deeper touch. Try the Kickerland head massager, it lighter, gentler and the prongs will stay put. The vibrating massager doesn't really add much additional comfort. - Head Massager - Scalp Massagers

Not Worth The Money - gift idea, relaxing

My friend loves this thing so I decided to buy one for myself.

The Packaging: Hard to open plastic packaging. But after a few minutes with some scissors it was smooth sailing.

Set up: Surprisingly easy. The massager comes packaged flat, but the prongs are easily to move into position. I did it in a few seconds. Next you attach the blue top piece which has two AA batteries already inside. One battery is purposely inserted the wrong way so that the thing doesn't buzz before you open it. So just switch that around and you're ready to go.

Using it: Fabulous! Feeling a little silly, I put the massager on my head (prongs on my scalp) and pressed the yellow button. It started buzzing and the effect was amazing. Who would have thought the scalp was such a sensitive area of the body? The sensation is extremely pleasurable and relaxing. Try this. You won't be disappointed.

I love this thing! It sends tickly shivers up and down my scalp, relaxing my neck and shoulders when they get too tense. I've even had good luck using it to shorten the duration of my migrane headaches. I'm planning on buying another to stash away - I don't want to discover it's no longer made if mine ever breaks.

Enjoy this item a lot. I have the tingler also but this is better as I can get the chills when I want to and not wait for someone to get home to use the tingler on me. Like the fact you can open and close the prongs, it's easy to do and is made to do this. I don't worry about the prongs breaking if you do this too much as I worry about the other non-mechanical tinglers out there. I kind of wish they were made this way also.

We were able to try this massager when it was on display at a store so we knew what we wanted but the one we tried did not have the vibrating capacity. The metal arms already do a nice massage by themselves but adding the vibration at the touch of a button makes it unbelievable. It works wonders on the pressure points on the head and almost takes away a headache. Worth every penny!

Love my Nukkles. Can use it with or without the motor. It really feels good and helps to relieve tension and headaches. I find the best massage by spacing the fingers all to one side to form a semi-circle for greater stimulation. Wow.........what a great feeling!

I thought that this would be an amazing product. I had tried one at a party that was non motorized and I wish I would've saved my money from this purchase. The motor is too strong and it feels like a jack hammer on top of your head and the 'arms' are so stiff quite honestly- it just plain hurts. I now will be spending extra $$ to get the plain old fashioned $2 non motorized version.

I am a special education teacher and some of my students have a lot of sensory issues with their head. I purchased this product to hopefully desensitize their heads after repeated use. My students absolutely LOVE this!! There are disagreements about who's turn it is to use it and we've had to set up a sign up system so that each student can have a turn. I think I will have to buy more for my classroom! - Gift Idea - Relaxing - Scalp Massagers - Massage
