Click here for more information I bought this to use on my autistic 4-year old who is constantly seeking a lot of sensory activities. Actually, his behavioral therapist recommended it as she had one herself. I tried hers and had to buy it!



This is a great sensory product. The problem for me however is I'm not able to use it on my 4 year old because he has problems tolerating things on his head but my older son loves it and it's a great little stress buster for me. I don't work but if I did, I would definitely bring it to the office. I'm pretty sure if I did, I'd have a line of people waiting to try it.

I was given this as a gift and I was glad because I've always wanted one. I've had it for about 4 months now.



Pros:

It does feel good. It's fun using it on friends or family members. I like to use the handle as a massager on my neck/shoulder area which surprisingly has worked good. It doesn't break easily. It's super easy to hold.



Cons:

After using it awhile, my head begins to throb (sometimes is sore the next day). It's extremely annoying to try and find a good place to store it. It needs a string or something to hang it up with. My hair gets caught in it sometimes (not a lot). I would never use it if I had just gotten my hair done. The metal things (not sure what to call them) move easily- I'm readjusting them a lot.



Overall, it's all right. I would never buy one for myself so I'm glad I got one as a gift. If I ever bought another one, it would probably be an upgrade to one that vibrates (they made newer ones on their website). I wouldn't pay over $6 for this. Click here for more information This shampoo scalp massage brush works great. Finger ring holder works flawlessly compared to others who have open ended rings that slip of your fingers. I got this one to replace one I bought from a barber years ago and its pretty similar in quality. The only difference is that the bristles on this one was a little shorter than the one I had. I use one for shampoo scalp massaging in the shower and another one to use as a hair brush. Again, this one was great and the vendor was kind enough to answer my email prior to me buying this item from them. I highly recommend this product and this vendor too.

Great if you're hair is getting a little thin. Massaging stimulates the scalp, gets the blood flowing and stimulates new hair growth. Besides, it just plain feels good. Got one from a friend a long time ago. It finally fell apart and I've been looking for them for ages. Love it.

The pictured items show a closed ring that you slip onto a finger to hold the brush which is more secure than the handle on the brushes that were sent that have two open half rings. The Chinese made products available today are much flimsier than the ones sold under the Goody hair products name that we bought many years ago.

Product shipped is not at all what is pictured. Cheap, hard, scallop-shaped plastic with no finger loop, but rather a two-finger open stirrup that pops off with each use. Very hard, non-flexible bristles, so stiff you couldn't possibly use them on your scalp. Even our dog wouldn't allow us to use it on her when we tried to salvage the purchase and use it as a dog scrubber for bathing her. The quality brings a whole new low to the stamp "Made In China", plus the seller has a NO RETURNS policy. Shame on the seller for deceiving buyers (update the photo to the item you're actually selling) and for not standing behind their product and allowing returns (you obviously know you're selling cheap, sub-standard products)...and shame on Amazon.com for allowing them to conduct business like this and take advantage of loyal Amazon customers.

I had been looking for a replacement for a shampoo scalp massage brush I accidentally left at a motel while traveling. I couldn't find one anywhere locally. I found this 6-pack on Amazon.com. I'm delighted to have these--and, I now have "spares" in case I lose one.

The picture of the brushes shows a ring that you put your finger through to hold the brush, but the ones I received were different. They have a plastic piece (wobbly, by the way) that you put two fingers under, which makes the brush harder to hold. Click here for more information There was some ink on the handle and a tiny discoloration scratch or something, got rid of all but the little scratch, soured the experience, but is a great item, handle is ugly though, which it was wood. Worth the price.

Tried one to see, and promptly ordered four more to have fun little gifts on hand. The pretty colors on the rainbow massager means that the tines are coated in plastic, which I think makes it more comfortable than bare metal, and also less likely to snag or snarl in hair. Hint: GidgetsGadgets has the ONLY reasonable shipping rate as these are very lightweight to ship :)

This is a simple and nice product for someone who loves scratching their head! The customer service was great and personally called me since my shipping address entered turned out to be undeliverable by USPS. They even changed the mailing packaging so it would fit in a smaller mailbox to accomodate my other shipping address. A+

Click here for more information I bought this for my husband for his birthday in December. It's OK. I should have done more research before buying. The prongs move around too much when using, and it should have some smaller prongs on the inside to massage the top of your head (the big prongs just basically massage the sides of your head). He still likes it - so we're keeping it. But, it could be better. I think we would use it more if it had the things I mentioned earlier.

I got one of these things at the mall once. It gives you a very strange sensation the first few times you use it. When you turn the vibration on and put it through your hair it tickles a bit and sends chills down you neck and shoulders to the rest of your body. Sadly after you use this a bit you get use to it and don't get the chill bumps like you do when you first start playing with it but it is still nice. It really massages your scalp and feels good. Its also a lot of fun to walk up to someone and put it on there head as they wriggle around and tense up as they are not use to it. After you use this model a good bit some of the arms get loose and you have to reposition them before you use it but other then than that I think it is worth the price and lots of fun.

I owned this messager for one month. I used it for ten minutes per day as per the instructions. Last night, I was using it, and all of the "legs" fell out of the body and into my hair. I can't get it back together. I'm hoping the seller will be able to send a new one to me. The product worked well while it was intact.

The 'legs' on the tool swivel out of place as soon as you slide it on your head, so you won't get an all-over massage. Also, they are very tight on my head and don't flex outward very well so even if I can get them in place, they pinch to the point of discomfort. I have one of the manual types of these head/scalp massagers that looks like it's made of copper, and the legs are much more delicate so they don't squeeze my head like this product does. If my kids hadn't already thrown away the packaging, I would have returned this product.

I ordered this for my girlfriend, who suffers from severe headaches. She is getting used to it, but, so far, she really likes it. It is a little on the cheap looking side, but, hell, it was not expensive. The legs do move a bit, as you try to use it, but, that is expected as well. Overall, as long as it helps her, I am all for it.

This is the BEST!! I have used one of these gizmos in years past, but without motor. It gets to your happy place within seconds. Best if someone else does the massaging, but still great if do-it-yourself. A massage therapist showed me one and I am hooked. Even the kitty loves it! You'll never regret the purchase.

This item is way overpriced for the piece of junk that it is. The prongs are straight and so an average man's head it will be very tight fitting going over the top, once on the head the prongs move and bunch together. When used on a child head the prongs don't hurt however they will not stay separated. It is very bulky and the prongs are very thick causing a deeper touch. Try the Kickerland head massager, it lighter, gentler and the prongs will stay put. The vibrating massager doesn't really add much additional comfort. - Head Massager - Scalp Massagers
