Click here for more information I have these running ALL 50 feet into my kids' room off a Satellite box (along with a 50 foot component AV cable for video). I have 2 TVs, a computer, a microwave, an internet router and a stereo near the cable along the way. NO RF INTERFERENCE AT ALL! The people who are posting about RF noise must have bad luck or something, I don't know. With all of these electronic devices near this cable for me, I have none. These are AUDIO cables, not video. Some people have posted about poor video quality. Did you guys even know what you ordered? It isn't for RCA SD Video. The sound is superb and I will more than likely order one more of these in a few months when I run my home stereo sound into my kitchen for when I cook. These are WELL worth the purchase! RiteAV - RCA Stereo Audio Cable - 50 ft.
Used this 50ft cable to add a subwoofer to our home theater. Since the cables only had to carry a monaural signal over the 50 feet I really can't comment on the signal degradation over the large distance. When all is said and done, this cable was perfect for my needs and worked exactly as it was supposed to :) My one complaint would be that a black cable was pictured in the cart, but a bright blue one was delivered--a little bit of an eye-sore when routing the cable along white walls.
Ok so I am an IT guy... I should know better than to do what I did... I shopped a 50' audio cable by price DOH!!!
Keeping in mind I deal with networks etc.. I bought this cable and I should have thought it out a bit.. It powers a 400W sub-woofer and so any hum or buzz is out.. so you take a fifty foot "Unshielded" cable and run it the length of a room..
This was awful. As soon as I heard the noise I knew what it was (RF interference from every single AC powered device within 30 feet)
I dumped this cable and used an RCA (brand) RCA shielded cable and I now have silence. I would not advise the use of this cable for any audio device that "might" even be remotely sensitive to RF interference..

Not a thing wrong with the vendor
This wire makes a great antennae, seems to capture every bit of electronic noise in the place as it goes to the destination, causing a constant buzz in the speakers. Unless you are working in an electrically sterile environment, avoid this cable. - Cable - Rca Cable - Audio Cable - Video Games
